The name is inspired by the then-fastest truck in America, the GMC Syclone.
Original plans are to treat SYCLONE with RC40, MG Metro head with HIF6 or HS6, 7x13 Superlites or Cheviots etc, cut front wings for large wheels, rust-hunting, new wider wheel arches, new darker sinister looking colour (needs suggestions), lowering, wire rearrangements, a safer wheel spacer etc etc.
New plans are to tune the 998cc engine with maybe an SW5 cam, stage 3 head, aftermarket lightened steel flywheel, twin box RC40, and other trick mods. Lowering an inch or a bit more is a must, and 7x13in wheels must fill the Cooper arches. The Lucas Gold will be connected to an electronic ignition system. All round adjustable Konis, maybe. And wire rearrangement, as the current system is too cluttered and risky.
