1300GT Block, overbored to 73.6mm (1380cc), Powermax pistons, MG 1300 crank that has been tuftrided and balanced, Metro 1.3s balanced con-rods, Oselli big valve 11 stud polished and ported head, with rim flow valves and double valve springs, twin 1.5” SU’s with K&N’s and stub stacks. Kent Road/Rally camshaft and duplex timing gear. SU electric fuel pump, standard 3 core Radiator, Aldon Yellow non-vacuum distributor, Maniflow LCB with side exit, twin box exhaust system. 10-row oil cooler.
MG Metro gearbox with 3:44 diff and 1300 GT clutch.
Servo assisted 8.4” front discs (soon to be replaced with 7.5” Cooper ‘S’ units) Spaced rear drums.
Standard spec dry rubber cone suspension, with Adjusta-rides fitted and tie bar bushes.
Revolution RFX style rims with 165/60/12 Falken Tyres. (Soon to be replaced with 6” x 10” MB Motorsport Racing 3 piece alloys, with 165/10/10 Yokahama A008’s)
1979 Mini Van 850, restored shell (front panel, wings, door skins, door steps, inner and outer ‘A’ panels, sills, rear valence and closing panel, rear doors) painted in Rover Nightfire Red over Postbox red, Wood and Picket colour coded arches. Interior and under floor wax coating, H4 headlamps.
Interior – Recaros with custom made seat frame, custom leather trim, cloth headlining, fitted and bound red carpets Triumph Dolomite Sprint rev counter, 1300GT Speedo and water/oil/fuel gauges, custom door panels, load area sound proofed, trimmed and carpeted.
