Well, this sale is for a 1000cc mini. It is a mark 3 bodyshell, estimated around 1990. But the car is registered as a 1966 mini cooper! I believe the log book alone is worth a lot to the right person.
The car:-
It needed work for the mot. I have now had the work done which was a new subframe(rear) reconditioned radius arms, handbrake cable, and the sad bit, 2 patches on the inner sill bits. BUT...... these are the ONLY 2 patches on the whole car!!! Yep, you read it right!! The mini has 12" alloys, believed to be brand new before i bought it, and excellent tyres. There is a radio cassette which i fitted brand new in november. The interior is grey cloth. The body is metallic british racing green. As for the underside of the car, How does A! condition grab you?! it was obviously waxoyled when reshelled! All mechanics on this are fine, a new thermostat was put in a month ago. It drives well, stops well, as it has servo assisted discs on the front. Has the usual chrome grille etc.
Now, the bad bits.
The off side front wing needs a spray of laquer. there is some rust at the bottom of the front screen, and various teeny bits that need touching up. the front valence under the bumpercould do with a tidy up. But thats about it!!
